1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Yassine Taxi and its customers for any private passenger transport service in Morocco. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Services

Yassine Taxi provides tourist and private transport services by vehicle, with driver, for inter-city trips in Morocco.

3. Prices

All-inclusive prices in euros: fuel, tolls, waiting time, baggage. No night surcharge.

4. Booking

Book via WhatsApp, email, phone or web form. Reservation is firm upon 30% deposit or full prepayment agreement.

5. Cancellation

• Free up to 24h before
• 50% retained between 24h and 12h
• 100% within 12h
• Force majeure: free rescheduling with proof

6. Liability

Yassine Taxi carries professional passenger insurance. Cannot be held liable for delays due to weather, third-party accidents, police checks or force majeure.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to 1taxi.yassine@gmail.com within 7 days. Response within 14 working days.

8. Applicable law

Moroccan law. Disputes go to Essaouira court.
